"Use education as the foundation for talented and passionate youth to achieve success. Go as far as your dreams will allow."

For the past 10 years, Sharif has led youth soccer programs in Union and Essex county with the goal of creating a vibrant soccer community that can give young aspiring soccer players a place to chase their dreams and become talented, confident students of the game.

As a previous captain of Columbia High School, winning all-conference, all-county and NJ Senior All-Star team honors and 3-year starter at Drew University, Sharif has dedicated himself to his local community - coaching the Columbia High School girls varsity team, at local clubs in Newark, West Orange, Livingston, South Orange, Maplewood, Irvington, and Union as well as in local schools, day-cares, and special-needs programs.

Sharif firmly believes that what makes soccer such a beautiful game is that it offers players from all different backgrounds and circumstances the opportunity to find joy, passion, and success playing a game they love and to connect with other soccer lovers anywhere in the world.
