CFS Annual Team Tryouts for the Fall 2021 - Spring 2022 season 

Our club offers a disciplined training environment dedicated to player development, that guides our players to achieve their soccer goals. Our teams compete in EDP & Mid-New Jersey YSA.

We host an open tryout every year to give new players an opportunity to join our club for the new annual cycle starting in the Fall 2021 season.
We have limited roster availability for the Spring 2021 season. Contact for more information.

​​​​Our mission is to provide a positive environment to educate and develop youth soccer players through specialized training programs that will promote self-confidence, effort, discipline, and integrity. Through our comprehensive curriculum to learning, we believe that the experience our players will have at Community First Soccer will be beneficial throughout their lives.

CFS believes that sports should provide an avenue for youth to develop to their fullest potential as athletes and as people. Through our program and cooperation with community service organizations and local schools and businesses, we hope to develop young productive citizens that are inspired to achieve excellence.

Soccer Coach - Union, NJ, USA - 1

We are looking for soccer coaches who are:

  •      motivated to provide top level training to competitive athletes
  •      confident in your ability to teach and energize young athletes
  •      responsible for leading practices and actively communicating with students and parents.
  •      excited to be a long-term member of a quality soccer club.

Coaches will need to have the following credentials:

  •      Have or actively pursuing a minimum of USSF "D" Coaching License
  •      Experience developing young soccer players
