BEGINNERS PROGRAMS

CFS Beginners Programs are classes designed to introduce young players to the game in a fun, positive, and supportive environment, building strong foundations and a love of soccer that lasts.

WINTER 2027 SCHEDULE:

Dates: January 5 - March 6, 2027 (9 weeks)

  • Recreation Class: Tuesday & Thursday, 6:30 - 7:30 PM & Saturday Pickup Soccer
  • Kids Class: Saturdays, 9:00 - 9:40 AM
  • Special Needs Class: Saturdays. 9:50 - 10:30 AM

Recreation (Ages 5–7): Two practices per week. Players learn the fundamentals of dribbling, passing, and shooting through games and activities that build coordination, confidence, and teamwork. Futsal’s smaller ball and indoor court give every player lots of touches and plenty of chances to be involved in the action.

Kids (Ages 3–4): One practice per week. Our youngest players take their first steps in soccer through playful, age-appropriate activities that develop balance, movement, and early ball skills. Sessions are designed to be fun and encouraging, helping little ones listen, take turns, and fall in love with the game.

Special Needs Soccer (Ages 5–9): Once practice per week. Our Special Needs class gives every child a chance to experience the joy of soccer in a supportive, welcoming environment. Sessions are led by caring CFS coaches and go at each player’s own pace. Fun, simple activities build movement, coordination, and early ball skills while encouraging confidence, listening, and teamwork. Smaller groups and extra attention mean every child is included, celebrated, and set up to succeed. Families are welcome to stay involved throughout the session.
