Group Training

Group Training supplemental training classes that give specific attention to teaching the mental, athletic, technical, and tactical tools with the goal of increasing each player's confidence, creativity, and success on the field. 

  • Goalkeeper Training: Led by Coach Richard Reynolds. Former U-20 Goalkeeper Coach and Captain (as a player) of Guyana National Team.  
  • Technical Skills Training: Led by Coach Pawi Pide Kao. Former Assistant Coach with Togo National Team and Technical Director of Etihad Sports Academy (Abu-Dhabi, UAE).

GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS

END OF SUMMER SCHEDULE. July 22 - August 29, 2024. 6 weeks. 

  • Train between 1 - 4 days each week + Saturday Scrimmages
    • 1 training day / week = 6 practices
    • 2 training days / week = 12 practices
    • 3 training days / week = 18 practices
    • 4 training days / week = 24 practices 

Monday - Thursday 

  • Junior Class (2015 - 2018): 6:00 - 7:00 PM
  • Senior Class (2012 - 2014): 7:15 - 8:15 PM

+ Saturday Morning Scrimmages 

  • Category 1 (2016 - 2017): 8:30 - 9:30 AM (8:00 arrival)
  • Category 2 (2014 - 2015): 9:45 - 10:45 AM (9:15 arrival)
  • Category 3 (2011 - 2013): 11:00 - 12:00 PM (10:30 arrival)

Private Training

Uniform & Equipment

  • Players must wear CFS Training Uniform to training every day. 
  • CFS Grey Training ShirtNavy Blue Shorts, Red Socks, Navy Hoodie for cold weather
